What does a Personal Chef do?
As a Personal Chef I relieve you of the cooking chores and make your life easier. I do all the meal planning, shopping, preparation and clean-up. I come to your home with all the groceries and necessary equipment
to prepare your meals. I spend several hours (usually between 5-7hrs
depending menu choices) cooking, packaging and labeling your meals with
instructions. I then store your meals and clean-up, leaving you with freshly prepared meals and a spotless kitchen full of wonderful aromas.
Who needs a Personal Chef?
- Busy professionals who want to change that habit of "just grabbing something" on the way home
- Families on the go who want to spend more time together
- Athletes in training
- People with dietary concerns; i.e. weight loss, special diets
- Seniors
- People recovering from surgeries or other illnesses
- Anybody who wants more time to enjoy life
Aren't Personal Chefs expensive?
Not after you factor in the time you save planning and grocery shopping, then preparing your meals and cleaning up. Or after comparing my services to the true cost of a restaurant meal. Maybe you choose to get back in the car and drive to a restaurant and wait for a table. If you decide to go out to a restaurant consider the price of gasoline to and from your destination- in addition to the price of the meal and gratuity- it adds up quickly. Either way it is a considerable expense and time commitment. In todays' busy world we have long work days and commutes, business trips and meetings, as well as kids with increasingly busy schedules. It is difficult to balance it all and still find the time to prepare delicious, healthy meals. Maybe you can use a little help.
It is hard to put a price on the health of you and your loved ones. Research has shown that if you don't know what you are preparing for dinner before you leave the house in the morning, you are more likely to settle for unhealthy alternatives that are loaded with salt and preservatives.
In reality most people can't afford not to have a Personal Chef. I can assist you in making healthier choices, saving money and allowing you more free time.
